Disclaimer

The short version: everything on MyRevival is free, general information to help you learn. It is not medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Every body, business and situation is different, so check with a qualified professional before you act on anything here. You use this site and its ideas at your own risk.

Health, fitness and food

The MyRevival System, the five rules, the wellness guides and anything about diet, fasting, salt, protein, exercise or supplements are general ideas, not a plan made for you. MyRevival is not a doctor, dietitian or trainer and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Talk to your doctor before you change your diet, start fasting, add salt or supplements, or begin a new workout, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, take medication or have a health condition. Stop and get help if something hurts or feels wrong.

Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

75 Hard

75 Hard is its creator's own program. MyRevival is not affiliated with 75 Hard, Andy Frisella or 1st Phorm. We share it because we like it. It is demanding, so ask your doctor first.

Business, legal and tax

The business guides (forming an LLC, getting an EIN, opening a bank account, saving for taxes) explain common steps in plain English. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice, and rules and fees change. Always check the official source we link to, and talk to a CPA or attorney about your own business. Our 24% savings habit is a simple rule of thumb, not a tax calculation.

MyRevival Verified

Verified means a business applied, we talked with the owner and checked that it's real. It is free and never for sale. It is not a guarantee of any product, price, job or result, and it doesn't replace a license check or your own research. Any deal is between you and the business; MyRevival isn't part of it.

Links and products

We link to other websites, products and businesses. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they say, sell or do. Some product links may earn MyRevival a commission at no extra cost to you.

No guarantees

Results vary from person to person and business to business. We work to keep things accurate and up to date, but the site is provided as is, and some details may be out of date or wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, MyRevival and its team are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage that comes from using this site or acting on its information.
