The MyRevival System

Five rules. Ten weeks. One habit every two weeks, stacked until they run on their own.

How it works

Master one. Stack the next.

Each rule gets two weeks. You keep every rule you've already learned, so by week 10 you're running all five without thinking about it.

Morning Salt Protocol

Start every day with intention and proper hydration.

What you'll do

Wake up and take a pinch of Baja Gold sea salt before anything else. This simple 10-second ritual starts your day with minerals and hydration and sets the foundation for everything else.

  • A pinch of salt first thing, before coffee
  • Follow it with a full glass of water
  • Same time every morning: it's your anchor

Rule 01: Morning Salt Protocol, explained

Marcos walks you through exactly how and why this works. This video is being recorded now. Join free and we'll send it to you first.

Why it works

Overnight you go hours with no water or food. A pinch of salt with a full glass of water gives you sodium and trace minerals with your first drink of the day. Doing it at the same time every morning turns it into the anchor the rest of your habits hang on.

Rule 02Weeks 3–4

Intermittent Fasting

Train your body and mind through planned eating windows.

What you'll do

Only eat within an 8-hour window, 3 times a week. This isn't starving. It's planned: you train your body to run on stored fuel and build the discipline of waiting.

  • 16:8 fasting: 16 hours fasted, 8 hours eating
  • Choose any 3 days that fit your schedule
  • Keep Rule 1 going on fasting days

Rule 02: Intermittent Fasting, explained

Marcos walks you through exactly how and why this works. This video is being recorded now. Join free and we'll send it to you first.

Why it works

A set eating window gives your day structure and cuts out late-night snacking. Three days a week, not seven, keeps it doable. And waiting to eat is practice in discipline you'll use everywhere else.

FocusMany people feel sharper while fasted

Protein Intake

Build the nutrition foundation your body needs.

What you'll do

Hit your daily protein target without fail. Protein supports muscle recovery and keeps you full. It fuels everything else you're building.

  • Aim for 0.8–1g of protein per pound of body weight
  • Track it until it becomes automatic
  • Whole foods first

Rule 03: Protein Intake, explained

Marcos walks you through exactly how and why this works. This video is being recorded now. Join free and we'll send it to you first.

Why it works

Protein is what your muscles repair with, and it keeps you full longer than most foods. Hitting a daily target makes every workout count and makes the rest of your eating easier.

Rule 04Weeks 7–8

Daily Workout

Move your body every single day, no exceptions.

What you'll do

Move every single day. Strength, cardio, mobility: what you do matters less than doing it. Some days are hard, some are recovery. But every day, you move.

  • At least 30 minutes of intentional movement
  • Mix strength, cardio and mobility
  • No zero days: even a walk counts

Rule 04: Daily Workout, explained

Marcos walks you through exactly how and why this works. This video is being recorded now. Join free and we'll send it to you first.

Why it works

Doing something every day beats a perfect plan you skip. Thirty minutes of strength, cardio or mobility makes you someone who trains, and the habits you've already stacked give you the energy for it.

Daily Supplements

Fill the gaps food alone can't cover.

What you'll do

Fill nutrition gaps with a few basics. This isn't about 50 pills. It's the essentials that support everything you've built.

  • The basics: protein, amino acids, creatine
  • Quality matters: choose third-party tested brands
  • Take them at the same time every day

Rule 05: Daily Supplements, explained

Why it works

Even a good diet can come up short. A few basics like protein, amino acids and creatine, taken at the same time every day, cover the gaps and lock in one more daily habit.
