Privacy

Spanish: the ES button uses Google Translate. When you switch to Spanish, the page text is sent to Google to translate it, and Google sets a cookie that remembers your choice.

When you join or apply for Verified, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, and anything else you choose to share. We use it to send you MyRevival guides or to follow up on your application. We don't sell it.

Where it goes

Forms are delivered through a secure lead inbox run by Synergy Digital Lab, the agency that builds and manages this site.

Ask us to remove your details any time through the join form, and we will.

Some pages link to other sites (the IRS, the State of Tennessee, products we recommend). Their own privacy policies apply there. Product links may earn MyRevival a commission.
